Scam! Paid for a day trip to Tiwanaku with an English guide and ended up with an unlicensed 'guide' who spoke minimal English and knew absolutely nothing about the site and went as far as to make up information that was directly contradictory to the information available on signs etc. Very disappointed. No response from company when questioned about the validity of their service.
